These extracts from my trading diary are for educational purposes. Any advice contained therein is provided for the general information of readers and does not have regard to any particular person's investment objectives, financial situation or needs and must not be construed as advice to buy, sell, hold or otherwise deal with any securities or other investments. Canadian Symbols

Our Canadian data feed will undergo a number of symbol changes on July 7th to bring it into line with the Toronto stock exchange symbology. Most of the changes are simply to substitute "." for "/" in the symbol. For example BBL/A will become BBL.A.

If simply substituting a full-stop for a forward-slash does not work, then use the Search function (shortcut key F3) to find the new symbol:

Search Symbol
  1. Enter the first part of the symbol (e.g. "BBL")
  2. Click the Run button
  3. You will receive a list of all symbols containing the same "BBL" sequence.

Text Boxes, Captions and Arrows

The latest beta version contains a number of options to edit color, size, borders, etc. if you right-click on a text box, caption or arrow:

But there also further options to set default text features on the Draw >> Draw Options menu:

New TrendLine Features

Right-click on a trendline now offers the ability to Copy & Drag or Adjust Line Width:

We hope you enjoy the new features.
